Outside Food and Beverages:
Outside food and beverages are permitted in the Austin Aquarium concessions area with a booked birthday or event package. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted anywhere on Austin Aquarium property.
Guests exiting the Aquarium who plan to return the same business day must have their receipt at the exit for valid re-entry. Transferring receipts between third parties is not permitted and is grounds for ejection without refund.
Smoking and Vaping:
For the comfort and convenience of our animals and guests, smoking and vaping is not permitted within any part of the Aquarium, nor within 100 ft of our facility.
Pets are not permitted in the Aquarium, but service animals are always welcome. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Please note that emotional-support therapy, comfort, and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and may not be brought into the Aquarium. Pets may not be left unattended in the parking lot or your vehicle.
We recommend that minors under 18 be accompanied by an adult. The Aquarium does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

Austin Aquarium is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Items lost can be reported to Guest Services. Follow-up phone calls can be directed to 512-222-5586 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate, family-friendly manner. Unruly, disruptive or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited, and will not be tolerated.
