Austin Aquarium employs a 30 day cancellation policy. Cancellations require a 30 day written notice prior to renewal of the membership in order to avoid charges. A cancellation form must be filled out and turned into the aquarium in person. All monthly memberships must complete the 12 month contract before cancellation. Members can cancel at anytime, and their membership is good until the end of the contracted year. Monthly memberships are charged the remaining balance for the year if the cancellation is before the end of the contracted year. All monthly and annual memberships are on an auto renewal basis. Members must have the cancellation form signed and turned in to the aquarium in person in order to cancel. Any electronic funds transfer (EFT) that is within the 30 days will be billed.
